Big News!!!

Hello Everyone!
I have some very big news!
Fletch proposed on Friday!!!
I said yes!!

Let me tell you a little about the night.
Friday was a hectic day.
I was volunteered at work to help complete the yearly inventory at our distribution center.
I woke at 4 am so I could spend 6 hours checking off the items in every individual bin.
Oh what an exciting day it was!
I left work around 2 pm and went home to rest.
I slept from 4 pm to 6 pm.
Fletch had told me that we had to go to his father’s Halloween party that night.
I tried my best to get out of it but he wouldn’t take no for an answer.
He called me around 6:10 to let me know he would be outside shortly to pick me up for the party.
I ran around trying to get presentable even though I was still pretty tired.
I didn’t know if there would be food so I made myself and Fletch both Eggos to snack on.
I thought anything was better than nothing.
We arrive to his parent’s and I notice there are no cars around.
I was so tired I thought nothing of it!
We walk in and Fletch’s father has his phone up and pointed at us.
I thought he was just taking a photo of our costumes.
We walk up the stairs and I notice Fletch’s best friend.
Here is where this very funny and silly video starts.

I guess I should explain why he chose to wear a Peter Pan costume.
He gave me a kiss.
Or rather, he gave me a thimble.
The thimble was his great grandmother’s.
He wants me to borrow it.
It is something old, borrowed, and blue.
Fletch wanted to do something sweet for me that made the evening special.
I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
