Body image. I would like to think I have a positive body image but I know that there are days when I look at myself and think I need to be thinner. I think that my legs are too thick or my hair too flat. Then I have days where I look in the mirror and think, damn! You look good!
I am sure you can relate. We all have moments when we only see our imperfections instead of our beauty. If we learn to see the beauty in ourselves then maybe we could learn to see our imperfections as beautiful too.
We only have one body. We should love the one we have!
